Advanced Aesthetics is a solo nurse-injector practice operated by Chelsea Walker in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.
What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, phone, email), the information you send when you book or message us, and the clinical information needed to treat you safely. We only collect what we need to care for you and run the practice.
How we use it
To respond to your messages, book and confirm appointments, provide and document treatment, and keep records as required of a regulated health practice. We do not sell your information, ever.
Health information
Personal health information is handled in line with Alberta's privacy legislation and the documentation standards expected of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Clinical records are kept confidential and secure, and shared only where the law allows or requires.
Photos and before-and-afters
We never publish your photos without a clear, specific, written yes from you. Consent is always optional and can be withdrawn.
Keeping it secure
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to what is necessary. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as your care.
